Search Engines are the key to finding specific information on the World Wide Web. Good search engine can explore all kind of information on the web. Without the use of sophisticated search engines, it would be virtually impossible to locate on the Web without knowing a specific URL, especially as the Internet grows exponentially every day. There are at least three elements to search engines that are important: information discovery & database, user search, presentation and ranking of results.
